Sauromalus australis?
[edit]The article still refers to the "peninsular chuckwalla", which was named S. australis. This is inconsistent with the rest of the article, which acknowledges the merger of all the non-island versions into one species: S. ater. Should this not be cleaned up, preferably with a discussion of the former naming of various subspecies, and their merger, along with the reasons? Doug (talk) 11:48, 12 August 2024 (UTC)
