Several references provide significant, independent and non-routine coverage from high-quality sources, and without reliance on crypto-native media per WP:NCRYPTO. Hence, I believe this subject does appear to meet the notability criteria for organizations per WP:ORGCRIT.

Given that Draft:Chromia (blockchain) was declined on notability grounds, I would like to suggest to merge some missing details into the ChromaWay article, under a new Chromia headline for better clarity.
Proposed replacement for the current Technology section:

@Urbourbo, can you find an independent source describing Postchain, rather than International Business Times?
