College vs. general

See comment above by unknown editor. I added Knghts of Columbus to the See Also list, but there is a solid point here. The lede and the following list is just about collegiate fraternities. Should this be expanded to include non-collegiate fraternities OR should the article be moved to College Christian fraternities? Let's assume this decision includes the related article, Christian sororities as an informal discussion at WikiProject Fraternities and Sororities has considered merging the two articles.
