This page should not be speedily deleted because... (This is a real, legitimate restaurant with 19 branches along the east coast, with plans to reach 120 restaurants. It is quite significant. Chopt is now part of a restaurant group, (Founders Table Restaurant Group) that includes Dos Tacos and at least two other small restaurant operations. There have been other changes as well.
I'll work at it when I can -- the corporate structure is complicated, and, as it's still privately held by private equity, it's not easy to get solid up-to-date references. Sam Perkins (talk) 18:59, 1 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
