Plants of the World Online only lists one accepted species. Has anyone looked into this group? Should we direct Chloroxylon swietenia to the genus? —Hyperik talk 17:31, 3 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

POWO doesn't show C. swietenia as present in Madagascar, and doesn't list Chloroxylon faho as a synonym (or indeed any other synonyms). There's also a Chloroxylon falcatum from Madagascar, described 6 years prior to C. faho. POWO is clearly missing some information. While IUCN does put C. swietenia in Madagascar, the assessment is now quite out of date. Plantdrew (talk) 17:39, 3 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
