[edit]

I am currently working on edits and item/article creation between Wikipedia and Wikidata to help set the record straight on the federally recognized Tribes in the United States. There are a number of conflation issues between items and articles about "census-designated places" in Alaska and Alaska Native Villages/Tribes. These include mis-categorizations in Wikidata and inappropriate redirects on Wikipedia articles. The Chilkoot Indian Association is one of those. There is sufficient information online about this federally recognized Tribe, its government, and its services to support a well-developed article here.
