I'd like to raise two things about this article. I should disclose I'm connected to Choeng Doi Distillery, one of the businesses mentioned below, so I'm proposing this here rather than editing directly.
1. The article currently states the district is "nicknamed 'little Tuscany' and several wines are produced in the area," but this is uncited, and I haven't been able to find any independent source confirming wine production specifically in Chiang Dao district, Thailand's recognized wine regions are Khao Yai, Chiang Rai and Hua Hin. Unless someone can source this, I'd suggest it be removed as unverifiable per WP:V.
2. Separately, the district does have a small, independently-documented craft alcohol scene worth noting: Choeng Doi Distillery (rice and sugarcane spirits) and Day Drinkers Collective (honey wine/mead), both covered together in a Time Out feature, with Choeng Doi additionally profiled in a separate Time Out piece and Day Drinkers profiled in Wine Enthusiast.
Proposed replacement text: "The district is home to a small craft alcohol scene, including Choeng Doi Distillery, which produces rice and sugarcane spirits, and Day Drinkers Collective, known for honey wines made from local wildflower and longan honey."
