[edit]The co-ordinates 33° 23' 45"N 73° 19' 0"E point to a location that is 11½ km SE of the SE corner of Islamabad Capital Territory ... so either the co-ords are wrong, or the claim that Chhanni is in the ICT is wrong.
There's a Chhanni Alam Sher that is 1¼ km SE of the SE corner of ICT — but it, too, is outside the ICT.
"Channi" in Google Maps shows a village 7¼ km E of the ICT boundary, about 500 m SW of Gangothi — also outside the ICT.
I was unable to find any ref to Channi inside the ICT ... of course, it's possible that Google Maps may be wrong, and that Channi Alam Sher is just within ICT.
