In terms of the external link you've added, it depends on what it would tell the reader about the castle that isn't already in the article, Osborne. What does the Daily Mail article reveal about Chepstow? Any photograph would be copyrighted, I'd expect, and couldn't normally be reproduced here. Hchc2009 (talk) 15:11, 10 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

This is not about the DM, it's about the Red Bull diving event. Is the diving a notable happening? If so, where are the best sources? We would need independent photos, as the newspaper ones are never going to be freely licensed and wouldn't justify FUR. The DM is (IMHO) just about acceptable as a source, but I'd probably go with the South Wales Argus instead. Nonsense about diving into the sea we can just cleanup. We would need a competent assessment of the height though.
I've no strong opinion about it. It's minor, but could just about pass UNDUE if done succinctly. The clifftop position of the castle is certainly one of its key features and if this helps to illustrate that, then it's reasonable. Andy Dingley (talk) 09:37, 16 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

It is pretty trivial. It wasn't "an event", it was just a promotion for their real event which is happening at Abereiddy in the Blue Lagoon. The notion is that the Blue Lagoon divers are "driving across Wales in a convoy of VW buses" in that Red Bull idealised hippy-hipster lifestyle, and they randomly stop off on the way to dive off high stuff, solve ghost-related mysteries, make sandwiches for huge dogs, the usual stuff.
I think it has some legs here just to indicate the height of Chepstow, its position relative to the river and the possibility of survivably diving off the top of it. Otherwise, Red Bull itself is an irrelevance. Andy Dingley (talk) 11:01, 16 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
