Spelling and name "unknown peak"
[edit]The spelling in the article title is Cheekha Dar, but in the info box it's Cheekah Dar (note the placing of the h). What is the usual spelling? Also, I came to this page following a link to the "unknown peak" from the Iraq article. Can anyone clarify where this name comes from? --Tracerbullet11 (talk) 08:01, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
Black Tent
[edit]The usual term for "black tent" in Kurdish would be Dewarî Reš (Dewari Resh), as in the name of the Kurdish movie Bukî Jêr Dewarî Reš (The Bride of the Black Tent). There are words for black in Kurdish other than resh, namely: çepel, gemar, kirêt, mujikî, qilêr, and tarî. None of these seem to be closely related to Cheekah Dar. Maybe Chepel Dewari in reverse word order? Not likely. Can someone find the report of Ginge Fullen that is mentioned in the article and at "Arabia and Mideast Ultra-Prominence" - peaklist.org? --Bejnar (talk) 00:38, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
