• @WhatADrag07, Darth Stabro, and HurricaneZeta: I pulled this from the prep area as I just removed two self-published sources, and the {{cn}}s will need to be addressed before this is promoted. Per this discussion, I had concerns about ALT0 (and ALT2, now that I'm seeing it) reading as promotional. Note: I am reviewing this nomination as part of an academic project under User:Assas CHEUNG.

I checked the article’s newness and it fits the DYK timeframe. The length is above the required 1,500 characters. The article is supported by reliable and independent sources, and each paragraph is cited. The tone reads neutral and I didn’t notice any plagiarism issues.

The hook is cited and reflects the information in the article. It is short enough and reasonably interesting. Since the hook doesn’t use an image, the picture fields do not apply. QPQ is not required here.

Overall, the nomination appears to meet the DYK criteria.

• @WhatADrag07, Darth Stabro, TechnoSquirrel69, DragonflySixtyseven, and Theleekycauldron: The nomination has turned two months old: would it be possible for a new hook that doesn't mention the word "web browser" to be proposed here? Much of the issue seemed to be about that term, hence why this was stuck for so long. This may have to be closed if that is not a feasible option.     Happy holidays, everyone! There haven't been any improvements proposed to the hooks, so I can't say my concerns have changed much; there's also a {{cn}} still remaining in the article. Given that the nominator has not checked in here for over month after beng pinged, I think this nomination may have to be closed, unfortunately. However, I probably shouldn't be acting in a reviewer's capacity here, since I've been involved with editing the article after I pulled the hook. —TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 17:42, 26 December 2025 (UTC)

Present tense or past tense

Atlas isn't available to download anymore but still lingers for anyone using it. Right now the article confusingly switches between present and past tense. I'm thinking all past, unless there's an argument for all present. Dflovett (talk) 20:52, 22 July 2026 (UTC)
