Present tense or past tense

Atlas isn't available to download anymore but still lingers for anyone using it. Right now the article confusingly switches between present and past tense. I'm thinking all past, unless there's an argument for all present. Dflovett (talk) 20:52, 22 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
