– While both names are used, "Charles Littlejohn" seems to be the common name. By my unscientific source count of the sources in the article:
- "Charles E. Littlejohn" - 2 sources
- Both "Charles E. Littlejohn" and "Charles Littlejohn" - 1 source
- "Charles Littlejohn" - 13 sources
- "Charles Edward Littlejohn" - 2 sources
- No mention of subject's name at all - 2 sources
- Primary sources and hence irrelevant for COMMONNAME analysis - 6 sources
On the primary topic issue, Wikinav is pretty clear: 20 views in, 18 went to E., the other two vanished. That's 90% of reader interest. There might be a recentism issue but most of the notability of this Charles comes from years-old events so I'm not convinced. * Pppery * it has begun... 20:35, 9 September 2026 (UTC)
