Looking semitic

[edit]

What does it mean for someone to be Jewish but not look semitic? How does one look semitic?--Jrm2007 (talk) 11:44, 9 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Planning to organize and add material

[edit]

I have some useful information that should give some more depth to this article. There's a lot more to Charles Lederer than we'll ever know - as you'll soon see.

Note that I'm a lousy (layman) writer, however, so feel free to correct any errors and clean up any edits (I assume some professionals might read this bio so I'm a bit terrified, to say the least.) Any other material to keep the article growing would be appreciated. Wikiwatcher1 (talk) 00:59, 30 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Nicely expanded

[edit]

Interesting new stuff. Know most about Lederer from Hecht and Samuel Marx, never did see much of the material contained in this wiki article. (still don't like the "semitic" remark, though)--Jrm2007 (talk) 09:09, 14 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

The image Image:Mutiny on the bounty.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Lead section

[edit]

Why is there stuff about his early life i.e. as a child prodigy in the lead but not the main article? It might be best to make the lead more of a summary, expanding points later on in the article. But then again, I know nothing about Charles Leder, so who am I to talk? Jarry1250 (talk) 11:51, 5 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

the same goes for me, I'll work on it 110.33.16.128 (talk) 06:56, 15 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
