Lucky Stores

Probably not a speedy delete candidate

I am going to remove the CSD tag here. While I think this article needs some significant fleshing out, I had heard of Crouch long before this article was written, and was able to find one very solid source on the first try with a very limited Google search - unusual for a businessman dead 50 years. I think the sources are probably available but it will take some time to develop the article. As such, I will flag it as a stub and perhaps add a few business related categories.
