Removed long parenthetical

Article still sprawls
[edit]I cleaned up some of the article, but it seems to ramble on about general construction in Central and Eastern Baltimore, ranging from the Train Station in the North to Patterson Park in the East with lots of loving dwelling on the Harbor East and Inner Harbor reconstruction. Does that all belong in a report on the Charles Center? Maybe there should be a general article on the gentrification and repurposing of all of Downtown Baltimore which can discuss all the reconstruction starting with the Charles Center and continuing on through Harbor East.
