- In APG IV, which is used here, the name Xanthorrhoeaceae is replaced by the conserved name Asphodelaceae, so if the classification in the article is accepted, then the genus belongs in Asphodelaceae: Hemerocallidoideae. As Plants of the World Online places it in Asphodelaceae, we can follow suit. Peter coxhead (talk) 17:10, 9 July 2020 (UTC)
