rename to Chahar?

I propose renaming this article to Chahar. Writing Chahar seems far more popular around the net, and since they live in Inner Mongolia, there seems no reason to use 'kh' insteas of 'h'. Yaan 17:04, 24 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
