Stubbing of this article

I have reverted this article to a version from 2014. Since then, all that has been added is a lot of unsourced, unencyclopaedic information about demographics, equally unsourced info about mostly non-notable people and a bunch of stuff about history etc that has very obviously been copied from somewhere else.
