- Why? "La" means "the". Why are you asking it to be moved back to "The Cetra"? Maybe we should move instrument to the instrument, and maybe move violin to the violin. The point is, if you haven't much of a clue what part of the name stands for, then just don't bother. Eugene2x►talk 02:24, 5 April 2009 (UTC)
Reworked
[edit]I spent time going over this article, comparing it to the articles Citole and Cythara and Cithara and with the New Grove Dictionary of Musical instruments. I have concluded that this is another case of a language difference (French citole vs Italian cetra) causing confusion and an unnecessary article to be created. The lack of sources made it clear that the concept was not. I have reworked the article to tell a bit of history and point to the other articles. It needs sources, but the main points I made came from material that was sourced in the other articles. Jacqke (talk) 04:57, 22 February 2018 (UTC)
