Merge proposal
[edit]I propose that Central Utah Project Completion Act be merged into Central Utah Project. I think that the content in the Central Utah Project Completion Act article can easily be explained in the context of Central Utah Project, and the Central Utah Project article is of a reasonable size that the merging of Central Utah Project Completion Act will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned.
