Misleading information - even for Stub

The description leads to the conclusion that CGI is the core technology behind Call Localization. It is not. CGI is just a term identifying a numeric identifier associated with a site. More specifically it identifies a Cell on a site capable of directly handling a call. One could say more precisely identifying the radio equipment associated with a directed, or omnidirectional, antenna. The fact that CGI is used for identifying a position, is part of the Localization technology. The description for the technology for Localizing an attached cell phone should not be inherently part of this article. Also the term "Mobile Phone Cells" is misleading, as one could be confusing with the User Equipment/Device (the phone) vs a Cell on a Site covering Mobile Phones. Reference is nonsense

The reference to that Ericsson system overview is completely and utterly besides the point of explaining a CGI. A CGI consists of MCC-MNC-LAC-CI, which that page doesn't even seem to mention. Instead, it talks of a Mobile Positioning System and scores of acronyms I haven't even seen before. I am an active developer at osmocom.org, neck deep in the core net's use of CGI, so that means something, if I may say so.
