Seems to be. Same vernacular name for both, and Wikidata doesn't have any taxon IDs for Catapyrops ancyra, so that isn't a spelling being promulgated by any taxonomic database. Vietnamese Wikipedia has an article with that spelling, but that article has an image captioned Catopyrops ancyra. Our article predates the Vietnamese one, and it's surprisingly one of the few Vietnamese taxon articles that's wasn't written by a bot, so I'd guess the Vietnamese spelling came for enwiki.
