Taxonomic rank, etc

Shouldn't the higher taxonomic rank as title of article be preferable to a lower rank. Given the option, Carterinida (an order) takes preference over Carterina ( a genus). Lower taxa can be described within articles on related higher taxa and can be so directed in links.

Foraminifera taxonomy in Wikipedia seems out of wack. Rhizaria is not a kingdom unless it is entirely synomymous with Protoctista, or Protista , in which case since either term takes precedence, it should be used instead. J.H.McDonnell (talk) 16:04, 13 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
