Modern businessmen

[edit]

At present the article says [It]] is also used by modern businessmen throughout the country. This is in conflict with the cited sources, Dier, Andrew (2014). Colombia. Moon Handbooks. p. 256-257. which says Oddly, you probably won't see many people other than tourists actually using these unique handbags. and Zuluaga, Andrés Felipe. "El carriel "Sanpedreño" se quedó perdido en la historia". which says lo que pasa es que con el tiempo las personas dejaron de usar carriel y se perdió un poco la tradición. ("What happens is that eventually people stopped using the carriel and lost a little tradition.") I believe that the statement about modern businessmen should be removed as unsourced and inaccurate. --Bejnar (talk) 20:35, 12 August 2015 (UTC)Reply

I am from the region and am well acquainted with modern business culture in Medellín and you will never see a modern businessman with a carriel. 104.244.86.158 (talk) 10:34, 31 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
