I don't have a lot of information other than first hand experience, but I was hoping to have this updated with information on the old burned down "mansion" (at the site there is actual information set up near the ruins) and the recent wildfire that broke out earlier this year in the area. If I can find the information on my own, I'll be sure to post it. So far, I can't find anything on the mansion except for another person describing what it looks like and asking for further information on it here:
