@Hoary I wrote to @Theroadislong when they attached this template. it turned out that another user, who I don't know and who has since been removed from Wikipedia, tried to make the edits that @Theroadislong flagged. They removed these edits and everything that remains is based on my independent research. @Theroadislong has deleted my comment about this from their Talk page, but hopefully could confirm this.
