According to Historia e popullit shqiptar from the Academy of Sciences of Albania, Carlo Tocco had not taken Gjirokaster from Zenebishi in 1405. Even in 1411 he tried and did not manage. Only in 1418 the Ottoman Army of 30000, called by Carlo Tocco took Gjirokaster, so saying that 1405 is the date when Tocco took Gjirokaster is an error.
