Proposed edit to Carbrook Hall

[edit]

HI

My name id Tom I am currently doing a Masters Degree at Sheffield University in Early Modern History. On of my projects is to edit a Wikipedia page, I have selected Carbrook Hall I propose to add additional Info of the Bright family from circa 1410; their rise to prominence and wealth during the Elizabethan era. additional info surrounding the building of the stone parlour block. The relationship and prominence of the Rev John Bright and Colonel John Bright both prominent Puritans in Sheffield at the time of the civil war. I then add the fact the gentry line expired at the end of the eighteenth century and end with Joseph Hunter's description of the Hall in 1819.

I would be grateful if you would allow these amendments and citations to be added ...if only for the time it takes my Tutor to assess what I have done.

Regards

Tom

Content added to articles needs to be good enough and adequately referenced to become permanent. Content that was subsequently deleted can be seen via View history. David notMD (talk) 14:07, 23 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
