Removing Advert Template

I have removed blatantly promotional information and rewritten noteworthy information in a neutral tone. I'm looking for consensus to remove the Advert template or feedback on what else needs to be fixed.

Carahsoft operates the Carahsoft Conference & Collaboration Center, a facility used for government and industry events, meetings, and technology demonstrations. The center hosts conferences, training sessions, and partner engagements focused on public sector technology.

The center has received industry recognition, including a Gold Medal in the Northstar Meeting Group's Stella Awards for "Best Conference Center," and was ranked eighth out of 104 meeting spaces on the Washington Business Journal's 2026 list of the "Largest Meeting and Banquet Facilities in Greater Washington."

The center is located in Reston, Virginia and includes more than 67,600 square feet of total event space, with the largest room accommodating up to 400 people.

I think we can probably include the very first sentence: "Carahsoft operates the Carahsoft Conference & Collaboration Center, a facility used for government and industry events, meetings, and technology demonstrations."
