Corrections to English

I went through the entire article and corrected the English as best I could. The writer seems to have followed the practice, whenever he didn't know an English word, of converting an Italian word to what he thought might be English. For instance, he used the word "renomated" several times, which I take to be his rendering of Italian "rinomato," meaning famous, celebrated, renowned, or whatever. I was thus able to guess the correct English much of the time, but there are still a lot of places where I had to leave his English uncorrected, not understanding what he meant. pieval

The word "pieval" is causing this page to appear on a list of pages containing misspelled words because it does not appear as an English language word in Wiktionary. I couldn't find a definition elsewhere. If someone will please tell me what it means, I will add it to Wiktionary. Mark (talk) 01:07, 29 January 2025 (UTC)
