Importance?

[edit]

I am wondering if there is space to expand on the ways in which canopy soils either benefit or disadvantage ecosystems and if so, in what situations and why? Are epiphytes the only beneficiaries or can parasitic organisms also thrive within this soil structure? Are there ways or places in which the development of canopy soils be detrimental to an ecosystem's homeostasis if either overabundant or simply developing at all?Tessa Marinello (talk) 18:35, 2 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
