- Guillermo Mangalus (March 1955 - March 2025) - RCIA President, AMRIS Federation of IA and Regional Confederation of IA President. He is a prominent figure in the irrigation sector, particularly in Pampanga and Bulacan province of the Philippines. He serves as the President of both the Bulacan – Angat-Maasim River Irrigators’ Service (AMRIS) Federation of Irrigators Associations (IAs) and the Regional Confederation of Irrigators Associations (RCIA). In these roles, Mr. Mangaluz has significantly contributed to enhancing irrigation services and supporting local farmers
- Jerry Pelayo - former mayor of Candaba for three consecutive terms, from 2004 to 2013.
- Sanford Vinuya - Professional Mobile Legends: Bang Bang esports player. He is a two-time M-series World Champion.
