Citations, expert knowledge needed

It seems to me that this article would benefit greatly from someone with expert knowledge, who is prepared to add citations to the relevant statements made within it. For example, "Micronuclei are often overlooked in cancer" is not a very informative statement at present; it requires further explanation and some kind of reference.
