There are 19 member denominations (18+1 affiliated member); Anglicans don't even list their membership in their WIKI (yet!); I've just added BCOQ....

I've already been edited once, so I know someone is watching!!

Actually there are 22 member denominations, one that counts as associate, and two that are affiliate members. the BCOQ has changed its name - it is now the Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec.

I work for the Council, so trust me on this one.

Canada's relations with the Holy See

There is an interesting article here from the National Post which claims that the Canadian Council of Churches was vehemently opposed to Canada establishing foreign relations with the Holy See during the 1940s and 1950s. Perhaps this could be added in the history section of the article. ADM (talk) 18:37, 10 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
