The mention of the Roadtrek would be improved by a picture, but there isn't one on the commons and I don't have one. Anyone care to upload? User:Dickpenn|Dickpenn]] 18:30, 23 September 2007 (UTC)

Someone might want to talk about what 'Class B' is supposed to mean... 95.209.45.109 (talk) 17:22, 21 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Merge proposal

[edit]

User Special:Contributions/91.182.185.211 has proposed that the RV article be merged with this article, but has not advanced any reasons. I am opposed to the merge, but will await the proposer's reasons before elaborating.Downsize43 (talk) 07:00, 8 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Amenities?

[edit]

in the amenities section, one of them just says Microwave. isn't that supposed to be a Microwave oven? --Peacock486 (talk) 21:40, 7 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Another merge proposal

[edit]

I propose that campervan and motorhome be merged together. Is there a difference between them? Jll (talk) 17:30, 13 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Same merge proposal revived

[edit]

I really think the Campervan and Motorhome articles should be either merged or it should be made obvious in the very first paragraph why they are not the same thing.

Right now, the campervan article actually lists "motorhome" as a synonym for campervan in the very first sentence! IMO this alone is rock-soid reason to merge the two.

Also 1) the two articles use many of the same pictures. See: "Two class C motorhomes" and "Two class C campervans" and 2) they describe the same or similar classification of motorhomes / campervans.

So can anyone write a clear single-sentence explanation of the difference between a motorhome and a campervan? If so, it should go at the top of both articles. Of not, the two should be merged.

If this is some kind of a joke keeping the two separate, then please remember that people come to Wikipedia for actual reference and want real information and the current state is undermining the trustworthiness and reliability of Wikipedia as a source.
