Keros

I can find no attested Greek word κέρος, κερός or any other possible variant spelling in Greek that would yield a Latinised keros, much less one that means "grain." Perhaps Latin ceres was meant? That is the likeliest explanation. I don't have access to the cited source, so I can't check what it actually says, but it cannot possibly be a Greek word.
