NH Journal
[edit]Is NH Journal a credible source? It uses terminology like "anti-Israel" and other Zionist vocabulary that seems to be frowned upon by Wikipedia moderator as unreliable, like with the ADL. JPHC2003 (talk) 06:00, 3 August 2025 (UTC)
- Per WP:BIASED, A source potentially being biased doesn't mean it's unreliable. CeltBrowne (talk) 06:11, 3 August 2025 (UTC)
Notability
[edit]Is Calla a notable enough figure for this length / detail of biography? A quarter of the citations are her own writing/Twitter posts; most of the rest are articles about events in which she isn't a particularly important figure. Healthcare dot goof (talk) 20:31, 6 August 2025 (UTC)
- The subject of the article has received coverage in reliable, secondary sources such as the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Boston, The Intercept, NBC News, Rolling Stone, Teen Vogue and NPR. She passes WP:SIGCOV. CeltBrowne (talk) 23:15, 6 August 2025 (UTC)
- Nevertheless, I've added more reliable, secondary sources to address any concerns. CeltBrowne (talk) 23:43, 6 August 2025 (UTC)
Initial description
[edit]Is “American communist political activist” the best description. I understand that she is communist. But most of her activism doesn’t seem to be focused on communism. It’s almost all focused on the politics of Palestine. It might be more informative and encyclopedic to mention that rather than “communism”. I don’t feel super strongly about this. Just a suggestion.
