The image presented more likely reflects a benign Lipoma rather than Calcinosis

A lipoma is described by up-to-date as a "superficial subcutaneous lipomas are the most common benign soft-tissue neoplasms. They consist of mature fat cells enclosed by thin fibrous capsules. Lipomas can occur on any part of the body and usually develop superficially in the subcutaneous tissue. Rarely, they may involve fascia or deeper muscular planes." It is very unlikely to be calcinosis as the lesion does not appear nodular in nature in nature, and calcinosis of the neck is extremely rare compared to a common benign lipoma of the neck.

I cannot find any sources that suggest that this is truly calcinosis, of which it would be a rare finding. I believe the image should be removed from this page because it cannot be confirmed and is only suggested, as well it is a very unlikely case.
