Initial CSNet User Sites

I believe the sentence about user sites on board in 1981 is wrong. As soon as we had funding (and possibly a bit sooner), I brought up the University of Pennsylvania, just down the road from UDel. I believe the second site was Ford Aerospace on the West Coast. Unfortunately I can't find a citation that lists the actual early sites. Connection speed

Phonenet sites were a dialup protocol for doing email over POTS, ie. 2400, 4800, or 9600 bps (later 14.4 and 33kps), some dedicated analog, some dial-on-demand

X.25 sites were generally 14 to 56kbps, generally connected back to BBN cambridge.
