Source for EnerBank foundation?

[edit]

Many sources agree that EnerBank was founded in 2002, including: https://doingmoretoday.com/new-anniversary-new-offices-for-enerbank/

Detroit News says "CMS acquired EnerBank USA in 2000": https://www.detroitnews.com/story/business/2021/06/08/cms-energy-sells-enerbank-usa-regions-bank/7606104002/

Any better origin story?  Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.46.40.204 (talk) 23:36, 2 September 2025 (UTC)Reply

Source for $900 million pay increase?

[edit]

I found nothing to back that up, including in the source posted. What am I missing?

"instead getting $29 million in tax rebates, despite making a profit of $415 million, and increasing executive pay by 79% to $900.4 million in 2010 for its top 5 executives."

Here is some info indicating total exec pay in the tens of millions range.
