Viaweb probably not still part of Yahoo! Store

Viaweb was the first web application?

What does "Viaweb was the first web application" mean, exactly?

I think it means the first application that generated html dynamically, and stayed around as a server or daemon. At least the daemon part is the only thing I see differently from say a C or perl cgi-bin program that is instantiated temporarily for each request. Maybe we should mark this as source or citation needed, and until then consider it for removal. 68.175.118.95 (talk) 23:40, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

Cygwin

Actually, while it is true that you can compile CLISP under Cygwin, if you look at the download files at sourceforge for pre-installed releases the ones for windows are mingw based, which means they are native windows executables and don't require Cygwin or the Cygwin library. The configure script in the clisp sources will work on a msys/mingw or cygwin based system. 68.175.118.95 (talk) 23:38, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

intro section

The intro section in the first paragraph says CLISP is a programming language:

``In computing, CLISP is a programming language originally developed by Bruno Haible and Michael Stoll for Atari.

However its the second paragraph that actually clarifies that CLISP is a specific implementation of the Common Lisp programming language. To prevent users being thrown off track in the first paragraph, this can be better clarified with, for example, ``CLISP is a programming language _runtime_ 68.175.118.95 (talk) 23:49, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

When did it become a GNU project?
