How is CHL1 regulated by MITF in melanocytic cells?
[edit]It is written that "In melanocytic cells CHL1 gene expression may be regulated by MITF," but CHL1 was considered by the authors in 2008 to be a likely "false negative" in the supplemental data only (correlation in 4-6 of 7 datasets along with upregulation in MITF-transfected SK-MEL-28 immortalized melanoma cells), and does not feature directly in the article.
