Should not merge

[edit]

This page is part of IAG happy with the merge. But also meets all the critreia for a An Australian Listing and a Company listing... how do I get this to stay. There is no advertising content. I have included the same format as all the other company pages I can see, so why is this page different?

The page really isn't very encyclopedic now so there isn't much to merge. It also lacks 3rd party references which makes merging difficult. As for the other page, let's focus on this article and not compare it to other articles.--RadioFan (talk) 04:58, 27 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
What do you mean it isn't very encylopedic, I have included just standard company information.
If I was createing this a a new company this is the same information I would include? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 168.140.181.4 (talk) 05:06, 27 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
Its unreferenced and is primarily a bullet list of facts and figures. Not very encyclopedic. This information needs refernces showing coverage in 3rd party sources.--RadioFan (talk) 05:15, 27 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
Since this appears to be part of CGU plc, the article has been redirected there. A section on CGU Insurance would be appropriate there. Please cite the references however.--RadioFan (talk) 05:31, 27 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
My apologies, I undid your revision without thinking about COI. I am a current employee of CGU Insurance, and saw the incorrect redirect and hit undo without considering conflict. Happy to answer any questions you might have to get this page either a) up to scratch or b) redirected / deleted as applicable. Feel free to contact me in this regards.
