Why launch delayed two years, then another two years
[edit]Why was first launch delayed ? In Jan 2018 it was due in 2020. By June 2019 it was not due until 2022.
What happened in those 18 months to change the schedule by 2 yrs ?
Then By Jan 2023, first launch was not expected until after end 2024.
