I think there is some potential if you go about this page in a non-historical way. Clearly there was no ancient use for the butterfly net, or if so, it is no where to be found on the internet. However, you could talk of the recreational use and the construction.Alpolicicchio (talk) 13:45, 26 April 2012 (UTC)

Merge?

There doesn't seem to be much potential here. I don't think the red links to similar nets are good ideas either. Perhaps one on insect collecting nets or methods would be better. Richard001 (talk) 08:16, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
