Mid
[edit]I know we're not supposed to talk about the subject on the talk page, but just a heads up that the hike on the mountain is super mid. You can't see anything other than the northern areas from the mountain, can't see Seoul proper. toobigtokale (talk) 03:27, 14 November 2023 (UTC)
Mountain or hill
[edit]I reverted because every English and Korean-language source I've seen calls it a mountain. I think deciding on our own definition of a mountain/hill is WP:OR. Also, see Mountain#Definition There is no universally accepted definition of a mountain. Elevation, volume, relief, steepness, spacing and continuity have been used as criteria for defining a mountain. In the Oxford English Dictionary a mountain is defined as "a natural elevation of the earth surface rising more or less abruptly from the surrounding level and attaining an altitude which, relatively to the adjacent elevation, is impressive or notable."
In cases like these, I think we should defer to RS. We can certainly include a discussion of what it is in the article, and present all relevant viewpoints. But I'd rather we didn't choose some definition on our own and present it as settled fact. seefooddiet (talk) 05:52, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
