Lead section

OTRS Permission
[edit]I spent some time at starseismic.eu, and I haven't been able to find anything on that website that looks like what's currently on the Wikipedia page. Maybe a few years ago, but not anymore. Does anyone know if there's a good reason not to delete the OTRS tag?

- We should not ever delete the notice, because it could be challenged any time in the future, and we need to supply confidence that the license here is what it says it is. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 22:12, 21 July 2015 (UTC)
