Possible inclusion of 1970s Florida anecdote
[edit]I'd like input on whether Bryan Cranston's account of being briefly questioned in connection with a homicide in Florida in the 1970s belongs anywhere in the article.
Possible sources include Rolling Stone, Time, GQ, and People, though much of the reporting appears to derive from Cranston's own retelling of the episode. My concern is BLP/due-weight: the anecdote is attention-grabbing, but I'm not sure it is central enough to justify inclusion, and it would not belong in "Early life and education."
If there is consensus for including it, the only placement that seems potentially appropriate would be a brief, neutrally worded sentence in "1980–1993: Career beginnings," framed as part of his post-college travel period rather than as a sensational incident. If consensus is that it is undue or too dependent on self-reporting, I think it should be omitted. Let me know your thoughts. Umaistalk 14:46, 19 April 2026 (UTC)
