Two years campaigning

Fanjoy said on CBC that he spent two years campaigning in this riding. Given the odds of winning against the leader of a major party, it seems noteworthy that he actually dedicated serious effort into this. I was surprised when I learned this, anyway, and I suspect others would be too. So I added it to the article as a direct quote from him (my thinking for putting it as a quote was just to highlight that it's his own claim) but it was quickly removed as irrelevant: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Bruce_Fanjoy&diff=1288033183&oldid=1288028847 I don't know what's the best NPOV way of mentioning this in the article and it certainly doesn't need to be presented the way I had put it, but in my mind it should be mentioned given that it's potentially quite surprising. 144.172.134.100 (talk) 16:47, 30 April 2025 (UTC)
