Turbines and Wind Farm

The article refers to an 18 year old plan to build turbines and a wind far, It doesn't say wgere the wind farm was to be. It only implies it was to be somewhere in the Daventry District Council area.Can any editor with the necessary sources tell us what happened to the plans. Were the turbines and windfarm ever built?.
